By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Wishon provides:

  • Human-assisted job application services: We apply to jobs on your behalf using trained human assistants, with oversight and quality control. Applications are submitted through safe, compliant methods—not automated bots or mass spam.
  • Resume and application materials: We create and tailor resumes and cover letters for each application (including ATS-optimized formatting and, where we disclose it, AI-assisted optimization with human review). You receive role-specific versions and visibility into what is submitted.
  • Job sourcing and matching: We source job openings and match them to your profile, preferences, and career goals (role type, location, work mode, visa or sponsorship needs where applicable).
  • Application tracking and updates: We provide visibility into applications submitted, status updates, and support so you can focus on interviews and networking.

Our services are described on our website and in any plan or agreement you select (e.g., Basic, Premium, or Custom). Specific scope, volume (e.g., applications per day or week), deliverables, and pricing are set out in your chosen plan and any confirmation we send you, and form part of your agreement with us.

We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or callbacks. Outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, including hiring cycles, recruiter behavior, ATS rules, market conditions, and your profile. Our role is to maximize execution quality, consistency, and coverage—not to promise results no service can guarantee.

3. Account, Onboarding, and Engagement

3.1 Account and Accuracy

You may sign up and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information (including contact details and career-related information) so we can deliver our services and communicate with you.

3.2 Onboarding and Preferences

To use our application services, you will complete onboarding (e.g., profile, preferences, resume and materials). You are responsible for ensuring that the information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to use them. We will use this information to match you to jobs and to submit applications on your behalf as agreed in your plan.

3.3 No Obligation Until Agreement

Browsing our website or submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract. A contract for paid services is formed when you accept a plan (e.g., by completing purchase or subscribing) and we confirm your plan in accordance with our payment and signup process.

4. Your Obligations

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Use our website and communication channels only for lawful purposes
  • Provide accurate and complete information when signing up, onboarding, or requesting applications
  • Not misuse our name, branding, or content without our written permission
  • Respect our intellectual property and that of our partners and service providers
  • Not use our services to harass, defame, or harm others or to submit false or misleading information to employers
  • Use the service only for your own job search; you may not resell or repurpose our services for third parties unless we agree in writing

5. Fees, Payment, and Cancellation

5.1 Fees and Plans

Fees for our services are as set out on our website and in the plan you select (e.g., Basic, Premium, or Custom). We offer subscription-based plans. All amounts are in the currency specified (typically USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment terms (e.g., monthly billing, due dates) will be specified in your plan and any confirmation we send you
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide in accordance with your plan
  • Late or failed payment may result in suspension or termination of services as set out in our billing and plan terms
  • You are responsible for any bank or transfer fees where applicable

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation by you: You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the process we provide (e.g., via your account or by contacting support). Cancellation will apply as of the end of the current billing period or as otherwise stated in your plan.
  • Refunds: We offer a fair refund policy. If you are not satisfied, contact us with your details and we will review your request. Refunds may be pro-rated or subject to our stated refund policy (e.g., for unused portion of a subscription or as specified at the time of purchase). One-time fees (e.g., onboarding or setup) may be non-refundable where we have clearly stated so before purchase.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, for non-payment, or for other reasons we communicate to you. We may also discontinue a plan or service on reasonable notice where we state so on our website or by email.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our content: All content on our website and in our materials—including text, images, logos, and design—is owned by Wishon or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
  • Deliverables: Resumes, cover letters, and other materials we create for you are prepared for your job search. We grant you a license to use them for that purpose. We may retain copies for our records and to improve our services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Your materials: You grant us a license to use the materials you provide (e.g., resume, profile, preferences) solely to deliver our services (e.g., tailoring, submitting applications, tracking) and as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Nature of Service

We are a human-assisted job application and career support service. We are not responsible for:

  • Whether you receive interviews, callbacks, or job offers—these depend on employers, market conditions, ATS systems, and your profile, which we do not control
  • The acts or omissions of employers, recruiters, ATS platforms, or other third parties
  • Events outside our control, including changes in hiring behavior, layoffs, hiring freezes, or force majeure
  • Decisions or actions you or third parties take that we did not recommend or control

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our website or services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, job opportunities, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.
